Kevin McDougall, ThM.
Kevin grew up in La Mirada, California and graduated from Biola University with a B.A. in Humanities with emphases in Communication, Philosophy and English literature. and Dallas Theological Seminary with his Master of Theology degree with emphasis in pastoral ministries. Kevin has been the senior Pastor at RVCC since 1999. He is married to Christy and they have 4 children- Vitalic, Sergei, Reagan and Baylor. Kevin believes that “God transforms people through a relationship with His word using His Spirit and other people, and that the church is a place where that happens.” He feels excited and blessed to be apart of it.
Isaac Sheley, MDiv.
Isaac was raised among the forest and mountains of North Idaho. He is the youngest in his family and has three older sisters. Isaac graduated from Liberty University with a Bachelor of Science in Religion. He then went on to Southwestern Theological Seminary for a Master of Divinity in Biblical Languages.
Isaac is married to Bethany Sheley and they have 2 children together - Anneliese and Nathaniel.
Geraldine is a native of Redwood Valley and grew up attending Redwood Valley Community Church. Geraldine is married to her high-school sweetheart, Chad, and the two of them have been blessed with their children – Mykala and Cameron. Geraldine has been the Children’s Director at RVCC since 2004. Geraldine is passionate about serving the Lord and reaching kids with the Gospel. She loves having the opportunity to work with children and share God’s word with them and watch them grow.
Sue has lived in Ukiah for 28 years, prior to that she lived in Petaluma with her husband Jerry of 38 years. Jerry and Sue have two adult children – Lindsay and Casey. She graduated from Chico State and has held numerous jobs with the City of Ukiah and Mendocino County in the fields of Executive Administration, Budgeting/Finance and Human Resources. She joined the office staff at RVCC as finance secretary in February 2016. Sue feels blessed to be a part of this “wonderful and loving church family” and has enjoyed getting to know everyone on a more personal level through her position as Finance Secretary.
Christine was born and raised in Petaluma, just outside of town. She grew up working the family vegetable farm with her many siblings and parents. They attended church every Sunday and she has had a deep faith in Jesus from an early age. Christine and her husband Randy moved to the Redwood Valley area in 2021 and are very happy that our Lord has planted them here. They have been married for 15+ years and are a blended family with five children. Christine has worked as administration assistant for their family construction business. Previously she has worked in the customer service field and enjoys helping others. At home, she loves to spend time walking/hiking, gardening, and playing board games/puzzles. She looks forward to being part of the Redwood Valley Community Church family for many years to come.
